SILVESTRA is a luxury artisan jewelry brand offering individually handcrafted jewelry inspired by nature and created using premium materials and traditional beadwork techniques.
Our jewelry is handcrafted in Colombia and offered for sale through our online store.

SILVESTRA jewelry is individually handcrafted. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, bead placement, shape, or finish may occur.
These natural and handmade variations are not considered defects. They are part of what makes each SILVESTRA piece unique.
Product photographs are intended to represent the jewelry as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography conditions.
Where natural pearls, gemstones, crystals, or other natural or artisan materials are used, variations in appearance may occur and should be expected.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, materials, and photographs are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that every detail will appear exactly as displayed on every device.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our jewelry is produced in limited quantities and many pieces require significant time to create.
Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product at any time.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund of the unavailable item.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.
Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.
SILVESTRA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Applicable sales taxes and other charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout when required.
6. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that SILVESTRA has accepted the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order or item.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
SILVESTRA currently ships within the United States. Shipping options, rates, processing times, tracking, delivery estimates, and procedures for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
SILVESTRA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, natural disasters, strikes, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact SILVESTRA so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
If an order arrives damaged, please follow the procedure described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPAIRS
Returns, refunds, damaged items, custom and personalized pieces, restocking fees, return shipping costs, repair requests, and replacement procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must follow the return authorization process described in that policy before sending an item back to SILVESTRA.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

SILVESTRA is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, storage, cleaning, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals, water, perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, or other substances that may affect jewelry materials.
